5 Star Service, 2 Star Food. The service here has always been excellent but the food has gone downhill. First, the fries are no longer the delicious wedges they've had for very many years. The fries they now serve were too moist and greasy tasting. The chicken didn't taste good either. Maybe they're using a different oil? The biscuit still tasted good.

so whenever i come to this place i uh whats it called again oh yeah i get the 10$ chicken share thingy (except i don't share, im working on that) and you get infinite amount of popconr chicken. it's too much at times but ehhhh it tastes pretty good, im a nugget/popcorn chicken kinda guy so it sits well in my mouth. the only issue is i get dehydrated for a day and half after consuming so much salt , but you know, life is meant to be lived with a little bit of damage along the way

shout out to taco bell for somehow being better then kfc and always remembering my forks and knifes. For some reason people find it rude when you ask for a spoon with your mashed potatoes

Our establishment Bjs gave a thank you luncheon for our teammates. KFC provided indivdual box lunches for 90 of our employees. This enabled us to keep everyone safe. With 3 seperare times for picking them up so it was fresh for all shift's . They were very accommodating and easy to work with. All our employees enjoyed their lunches.MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO YOU KFC IN MONROE, NY.

Very rude! I called to say that my food was messed up and see if i could come get the right food the manager said yes. I drove over to the store to get my food the manager asked for the wrong food back not a problem the problem was that when i went to hand it to him he ripped it out of my hand and slammed the window. Would say they need to check their management!
