came in yesterday and order in Drive Thure and the Manager was on her phone and took order. She has a very nasty personality about her never friendly at all. Told her I wanted 2 large drinks and still they gave me med.The new crew member said he would have to charge me for the 2 Large. First of all, this place can't seem to keep help and always have people that have something stuck up their butts very nasty attitudes. If place really should be closed because due to the lack of customer service, it's all about money to them and not how it uses to be with fast friendly service no one goes beyond there call as a team member and tries to make you stay pleasant. you can tell the store is not doing as well as what it used to be. I think the only reason it's still standing is it's our only chicken place. Most of the time when i came in I have seen people come from the back or just finished sweeping and cleaning the dining room area and no one washes their hands.

Came at night to order some dinner for the family. The worst customer service I have ever received and the old dude gave me an attitude when asking about my order. Got me heated. I would recommend management of KFC to educate some of their employees about customer service.

The old lady at the drive thru needs to be fired. I think she spat in my drink. I threw the food and the drink away. My drink wasn't looking normal. She should be grateful I didn't go to the cops. To all drive thru customers please check your food and drinks before eating.

Staff was rude and dirty. Uniforms looked unwashed and the cashier had foul smelling breath. Took almost fifteen minutes to get there atention. After I did she was rude and loudly accusing me of being impatient.
I left without ordering.
I will not be returning.

Had lunch there with my parents and they were out of extra crispy chicken. Not a big deal substituted with original. Restaurant was very clean.

I love the spicy chicken sandwich BUT I was a bit grosed out watching the guys putting the food together with the mask not over one guy's nose and the guy from the window jumping in to help, without using gloves. HOWEVER, they were all very nice and efficient and I love that sandwich too much to complain and demand a refund. I am fully vaccinated, otherwise I may have though.

Bad service !!!! Ordered 9 piece crispy chicken and when I got home there were only 8 pieces. . Last time when i picked up my order and I didn't check it until I got home , the chicken was burned and I tossed it. I made the mistake to go back today and I regret it. Please check your pieces before you leave. I won't go back, I am disappointed.

Don't waste your time I would give zero stars if the choice was thereThe manager lady seemed to be in a panic that there were 3 orders Service is terrible over priced and Very very Slow to take the order then forgot our whole order completely we waited 20 min to get cold potatoes and cold chicken , the biscuits were stale and hard our order was missing 2 orders of fries as well .The employees preparing the food did not wear gloves or seem to practice food safety standards
