This place has gone downhill! They used to be good with everything. Looks like they might have had staff/management changes?? Each and every order we placed in the recent month came out wrong. They used the wrong bread, missed ingredients, and/or missed special instructions. We tried calling them for days but they don’t answer the phone at all. We submitted a feedback to their corporate customer service and got no response. This is all after the prices gone way up!!!

This location is always clean and well organized. Friendly staff makes the difference and the usual Subway goodness. Fresh toppings, a variety of fresh baked bread, fountain drinks, salads, chips and other bottled beverages. Be aware if you have accessibility concerns that there is access for you. There is quite a set of stairs in front of this location but you can enter from a different access point.

Cleanliness of this location is great. Although, (Kelly) I believe was her name, had a really bad negative reputation. When I walked in, she did not act in a friendly manner. Kelly in fact rolled her eyes when we walked in and seemed like she didn’t want to serve us. Bad customer service experience

Employees not wearing maskes when making orders . Apparently the flu and covid can't infect our food might as well not wash your hands after the bathroom and refuse to wear gloves 👍Never giving them our business again. Food safety rateing 0

I’ve ordered online multiple times and each and every one of those ordered they’ve managed to give me the wrong bread and forgotten my cookie.

Ordered a rotisserie chicken protein bowl through door dash on my lunch break at work. Half of the bowl was filled with chicken juices. I believe the staff here is not being trained properly the last time I ordered a tuna fish from here I got violently sick. There are two other subways in town go to eaither one of those.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Walked in I was the only customer there. The girl said hello and then never looked up. She kept making her online orders and I could hear somebody in the back. Waited 4 minutes almost without a word being even spoken to me. I asked if there's anyone else that can help me and the girl just told me no I'm just working on this online order. So unfortunately I left hungry due to a customer that wasn't even there in line and employees complete lack of communication or willingness to help.

Standard subway, but I've never been to a slower location. Store seems to average about 1 sandwich every 3-5 minutes depending. As a teen I worked at a location that did about 2 sandwiches per minute (100-120 per hour during lunch) so I know it can be done MUCH quicker. Should not take 15 minutes when there's only one person in front of you.
