Take out or dine in we love this place and take family and friends here often. We've never been disappointed with any of the variety of dishes ordered. We and our guests truly enjoy the fresh food. The portions are generous. If you love General Tso's Chicken, this restaurant makes the BEST! Shirley has a ready smile and keeps a clean pleasant atmosphere in this casual kid friendly restaurant.

The chicken fried rice had zero flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was nice and crispy, but the sauce had no real fruit and was from a can. The broccoli beef was fresh but had very little flavor or seasoning. Everything was bland and boring. The delivery service was great, too bad we will not be ordering from them again.

Google Maps is wrong: it's located near Albertson's. The atmosphere is fast food - laid back, come in, sit yourself, order, eat. The food is about the same - fast. While it says Chinese and Vietnamese, it is not traditional Chinese. I had the egg flower soup and sweet-and-sour chicken; the soup was very thick, while full of beautiful eggs done right, the broth was thickened but not flavorful, salty lacking depth. The Chicken was tough, more dough than meat and overly deep fried. I was hoping for something with pineapple or bell peppers added given they are in season. The food was decent, but it did not satisfy my pregnancy cravings for sweet and sour chicken. I will be trying Top Wok when they reopen.

Best Americanized Chinese food you can get in Monroe! Out of all the places I've tried it has the best quality out of the others. You can really tell when you receive your food from they way it was prepared. The owners are very nice people. I prefer to go to this place instead of the others. It all also depends on what kind of texture you like or if you like more of something. The location is incorrect at the moment. It's located over by Albertsons close to the side where Dollar Tree and Radio Shack is. The quality beats all the one located in Monroe!

Fortune Valley Chinese restaurant closed due to unforeseen circumstances. They reopened today under new owners to our surprise. There was no forwarning or mention that this is no longer a Chinese restaurant but a Vietnamese restaurant called Pho Young Brothers. Right off the bat, the place was filthy. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and the majority of tables had not been cleared out from the last customers who had eaten there. When we finally got a clean table, the server asked us not to order any meals but to stick to soup and appetizers because the chef did not know how to prepare the meals they had advertised in their menu. We decided to stay and order egg rolls but once they arrived, insects swarmed our table. This place is now a joke run by ammateurs who clearly have no health standards. Do not waste your time or money.
