Firehouse Subs

When I called and asked to speak with the manager 2 days n a row 2 different girls got on the phone and wouldn't let me speak to the manager and was very rude and hung up on me . After being told it was very important. Then the 1st girl didn't hangup 1st she said to him someone wanted to talk but was very rude which was a lie I'm calling about a job then the phone goes beep n hangup wow that's not how you run a business or treat someone who's wanting to work there. But I guess I'll go else where

If I could give them 10 stars I would. It's typical firehouse subs which are great but the customer service is truly exceptional. My daughter is allergic to eggs and tree nuts and most fast food type places we're typically met with a blank stare and "I don't know" when we ask if eggs or tree nuts are in an item. And it's like pulling teeth to try and get them to check for us. Not here. They immediately checked the sub rolls and we determined that the white sub rolls were safe for her to eat and she was able to get a grilled cheese. Firehouse is now her favorite restaurant and we feel safe letting her eat here.
