I know the owners, they used to be customers of mine a few years ago. However, this was the 1st time I've been back here since COVID shut the place down. As far as the restaurant itself, the interior has had some good improvements & upgrades. Now, the reason for the rating is simple, the girl at the register had to reenter my order twice & then had to get assistance to correct her mistakes. As everyone can see, the portions are smaller than they used to be & the "all you can eat" has been suspended until further notice. (More than likely due to supplier shortages & staff shortages too. Plus, with price increases that are about to affect everyone, customer retention will be imperative.) My personal suggestions to help this is, instead of an "all you can eat" have a "plus one" at the same price as the A.Y.C.E. - increase the portions 20% for the 1st serving (if the fish portions are small add an additional piece) and start with 3 pieces of fish. The "plus one" would be one refill of all the items served the first time around except with the 20% reduction. (As you can see it the picture) As far as the taste of the food, I can see they've kept that level of quality that I remember - which is why I waited for the dining area to re-open. (I hate reheating fish & will throw it in the trash before eating it reheated) Hope y'all notice this because I think this suggestion would help.

Spent over $60.00 for our family for dinner and the food was horrible! I called in our order and they didn't know they had a family chicken tender meal. It's usually pretty decent but this last time did us in. They need more help and better people cooking the food to appropriate temperatures. The family members who ate the fish ended up sick for 2 days. Sorry for the bad review but they can do better and have in the past.

I went here on 5/25/22. Their sanitation grade is what the 2 stars are for, it is something of a 98 ish. They were very slow with ordering and preparing my meal, when I only had two items. Once I received the meal, I began to realize that I was served older cold fish mixed with fresh hot fish. The slaw wasn't tasty either. This was very disappointing. You guys can do better than this

They got my order wrong. I asked for country style but got batter and when I told them the girl just said oh ok. I knew if I pushed it they would spit on it so I just ate the battered. We got a baked potatoe then they said they were out of butter. I had to wait for them to make unsweet tea and they were talking and playing around. My deviled crab were gooey inside. I will not go back for a while. This crew wasn't friendly at all. But they have a new set of folks every few weeks so I will wait before I try again.

I normally use a drive thru, but decided to walk in since I hadn't been inside before. The place is fine, the teenage worker that assisted me was like ordering on a hidden camera show... She mis-repeated everything I asked for and multiple times. That was frustrating because I thought I was being clear and using their terminology from their menu. At least the food was right. The fish was rather skinny also... Not a great visit. On a positive note, I am leaving the readers a menu picture.
