My order was made quickly when I opted to skip the drive through. I think the artwork on the walls adds a nice element of warmth to the atmosphere.

I come here a lot to study and work on homework. The staff is super friendly and always has great recommendations. Today my phone wasn't letting the payment go through and they covered it for me. Just all around great people! 👍

The coffee is mildly good but that's what you expect from Starbucks.
However please do not order any food they only use the microwave and they leave it in far too long and anything with bread which is just about everything taste like rubber it's disgusting I will not be returning to this establishment.

Lobby had trash overflowing and no napkins on the condiment bar. A couple of employees were on their phones on the floor. It didn't seem like a very well run Starbucks.

Everybody on the staff is nice, helpful, and provides the best customer service. Even the drive through process feels faster than other locations. Great coffee, every time, no matter how large our order!

Very, very slow and the area behind the counter is sloppy and dirty. They use the back table and floor to store boxes. Need more staff. 14 people waiting for drinks and most unhappy. Seem to have some people that move slow and some people that act like they are working but are really just shuffling things around. The same woman forgot my order two days in a row and the response was "its coming right now" - yeh, because I just reminded you that you forgot it. Seriously poor experience and need much more training and intervention. I'm surprised the manager or area manager is not paying attention to these reviews.

I never do reviews, but I had to today. The past several times I have went to this Starbucks drive through, my order hasn’t been right. Today I decided to go in and order. I watched the lady make my drink, and when she went to pour the sweet cream in my coffee, the container was empty, so literally she poured maybe half a teaspoon in my drink, put the lid on, and called my name. She then noticed I was watching her, and quickly said, “the sweet cream was about empty, so let me know if you’d like more.” To which I responded, “yes I would like sweet cream, I paid extra for it.” I know this seems silly, and I get we all make mistakes, but it’s the principle of it, and it’s slack to not grab another container of sweet cream. The coffee isn’t cheap, we all expect it made correctly.
