Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Took 20 plus minutes to get not what I ordered, after the girl asked if I ordered a burrito supreme. I replied, "yes". And waited another 5 minutes. When I started eating it, the beans were like soup, the was no sour cream or lettuce, barely any cheese or tomatoes and very saucy. For the 5.29 I paid for this, it was not worth it. Especially with the amount of time it took just to get one item.

Worst Taco Bell that there is. They are slow and have no clue how to run a restaurant! They act like you don't matter. I had confirmation that my mobile order was ready but when I got there they said they couldn't do.the order, and I'd get a refund in maybe 24hrs. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. It's a shame that they can't get competent workers at this Taco Bell.

Dirty, nasty, and freezing cold. Stood at the counter for 22 minutes before 1 of the 5 employees we watched standing around talking finally waited on us. That was only after I pounded on the counter and yelled "DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE ". After ordering it took another 20 minutes to get 2 burritos. What took so long I don't know because no other customers came in so it was just the drive thru. The manager didn't even know how to print me a receipt. NASTY

I just sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes. They finally take my order.... I wait another 15 minutes just to get up to the window and for them to tell me they don't have anything that I ordered they're all out... All I ordered was two tacos.... Absolutely furious... The least they could have done is told me when I ordered...never left a review in my life but I had to share this story...you have wronged me taco bell and I will not forget this!

I ordered food from here and paid for it online. Got to the window ( mind you online it said they don’t close until 1am) and they refused to fill my order, said there systems where messed up! Paid $42 bucks to feed my family and they took my money!! Refused to give me food, and said I will get the money back in a day or 2!? Who takes someone’s food money and leaves them to starve for the night? Like now I have to pay another $45 bucks somewhere else and be out $90 bucks! This is poor business!!

WOW!!! This is without a doubt the worst managed restaurant i have ever been to! Over the past few months Ive tried the drive-through on 5 occasions. 3 of the 5 times I was told their “computer systems” were down, and couldn't take my order. The 2 occasions i was able to order food, the experiences were god awful. The first time i was told they ran out of meat. Only serving bean burritos. The second time the food order was incorrect, and cold. So, today I thought i would give them one last chance. Theres no way the experiences could continue to be so horrible, right? WRONG! Today i was told their “computer systems” were down, and couldn't take my order. I asked the “stoner” drive-through cashier why their systems were always down, and he replied “i don’t know dude, this used to be a hotel.” True story! I was looking around for video cameras, because i thought I must be on an episode of “Punked”. Seemed too ridiculous to be real. How in the H E double hockey sticks does this place stay in business?? Who is the owner? Who are the managers???

Takes too long to get simple food, lobby is closed early, legitimately you will be waiting over 20 mins in this line every time with out fail, and it's not even like it's that busy.... Like 3 cars in line before you and you will be for sure waiting over 20 mins, with out fail every time you go through this line, and doordashers be warned they will put your order last!!! It takes about another 20 minutes for food when you get to the window!! It's like they wait for you to pull up to even get started on your food!

Coming from someone who runs their own business this location has got to be one of the worst managed fiesta locations I have witnessed. They never have enough employees, aka 2-5 employees is apparently not enough to do more orders than door dash/GrubHub so you can not order drive through or in the location. If they have five employees you are only allowed to order five items per vehicle so if you are ordering for more than yourself you are out of luck. Hopefully they get their twenty person minimum crew they need to be able to take more orders than door dash/grubhub, while if I had to I could rebuild their entire location with one. If my employees had the same production rate as this location my bank account would have enough red to make blockbuster feel good about what Netflix did to it. Fix your location you are a franchise of a major food chain, this is pathetic.
