Without an adult and got hungry. Swung by this the line seem stagnant. But to my surprise within five minutes I was at the pay window. And shortly after that had my food I was on my way. Everyone was pleasant food was hot and fresh, really good experience. Keep up the good work.

Not impressed. We was hungry and needed something fast. So we stopped here. Ordering went quickly. Then they asked us to pull over while we waited for our food. That's when I noticed at least 10 other vehicles waiting for food. We probably waited 15 minutes. Fries were hot but not salted. And the chicken sandwich was AWFUL 😖. It was rubbery in texture, to small for the bun and burnt looking. As hungry as I was, I couldn't finish the sandwich 😩.

Had to go upfront twice , because they forgot my happy meal ... then realized my 10 piece chicken nugget wasn't on my tray! I was so annoyed by that time, my husband went upfront for ketchup, salt and napkins that were not given too us... and you can't get your own condiments! Makes no sense. Needed pop refills and waited 10 minutes for them ! There was one nice person there .

If I could rate zero, I would. Horrible service. The kiosk will allow you to order something they are not capable of making, then they did not offer refund. But that's after I was standing at the counter being ignored for 5 minutes. I will no longer visit this place. Tim Hortons is directly across the street and they seem to get it right, every time. I have given this place many chances, now we are done. Simply amazing how they just don't care and show it well.

This has to be the worst McDonald's hands down! Employees lack basic people skills. Want $15 an hour for what, to completely mess up every order? To be rude as he**? Husband ordered a mocha with his breakfast and after waiting forever for the food the mocha wasn't there(we ate there btw) husband asked for his mocha and they said the machine wasn't working, but he was charged for one and they wouldnt refund him. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE!

I went through this morning after picking up some groceries(ice cream)what should have been an easy 10 minutes netted 35 minutes..the girl at the drive thru was pretty cool..but then I was finally told to pull up and wait that they were short staffed and I would have to wait..she was uncertain how long... I understand there's an issue all over with people needing help but this was nerve-racking to say the least... I think I'm good for a while without going to McDonald's in Monroe

Waited for ever. Then they made our food wrong. Then waited. They lost our order had to re make it.. Then buy the time we got home the order was still wrong.... there where 4 cars... smh.. so yea.. don't EVER leave before u chck ur food... the older man is rude ... so be careful he has a attitude oh and they r some un friendly ppl as well...

Around 115pm, paid order, girl asks me to pull up to a waiting spot, 10mins passed i finally honked horn, lady comes asking what my order is, comes back about 5mins, apologized and said my order got cleared off so they didn't know, gave me a card for free sandwich next time. I did not say anything as I'm sure she could tell I was upset, my first and last time at this location
