It really is sad how this franchise which once was an epic franchise in fried chicken is gradually deteriorating. I have been a client of KFC for more than 40 years but the interval of time between each visit gets longer and longer. The Chicken is nowadays so small. This particular location, often forgets to hand a complete meal. Last time I did not get my coleslaw with the purchase of 3 piece meal. Please improve, Col Sanders would really be upset.

I had to walk in due to the drive through being closed.
After waiting 10 min I was able to order.
( I was the only person in side by the way)
The food was given hot and prepared correctly.

They could have had a better attitude and nicer look on there faces and my food was not good. Thet had customers so I just left didn't want to make a fuss in front of other customers

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. It was a bit of a let down to find the chicken wasn't actually spicy but rather a spicy sauce was added to the sandwich. Liked it overall.

This place has horrible service , i love kfc but this place always gets somwthing wrong with my order just cause its an hour before closing time and they dont feel like putting gravy on my mashed potatoes. Honestly i dont write reviews but this has happened to me so many times and annoyed me enough to write review, if it wasnt forbthe fact you have to click one star to even write i wouldve given this place zero stars.

VERY BAD SERVICE TODAY!!!!! From manager Randy Martinez. I'm out doing deliveries for Postmates and I had a delivery for a 5 dollar fill up bowl, and then wanted to also get an order of popcorn chicken for me while I'm working and he said NO!!! only 1 order per person, well I'll never go there again and I've informed Postmates not to use them any more!!!!

The service tried but the food was terrible. One of the chickens was burned specifically the original one (leg and thigh fill up). The tender fill-up seem to taste fine. One of the tender fill-ups was missing a cookie. The biscuits were also burnt (even though the other ones had cookies). I ordered through the kfc app and the pick up option makes you go to the drive through.

This is the best establishment ever. Everything is perfect. The employees are polite, food was fresh, Everytime I go, it’s the same thing. Amazing service, 10/10.
