I will never go back to Sonic. The food was cold not cooked. I ordered a #11 and my husband ordered a #3 the hamburger wasn't done. The Chocolate shake I got wasn't even Chocolate. It cost us $22.00 dollars. For what Garbage food. The employees very rude. Then they put a peppermint in the bag that literally was melted and old. And put one BBQ sauce packet . Sonic on Telegraph Rd in Monroe. Used to be good Not no more since the Pandemic hit.

I will not be giving any stars. Ordered on app through one of the delivery services, driver was excellent, order was not. Missing items, items replaced without notice, tried calling and the phone was not working or disconnected. Drove up there, did not see one adult working, employees I interacted with was rude, tried blaming the delivery driver, did not offer anything for the inconvenience, just gave us the sandwich that was missing. Had to give at least one star to post, not worth the one star.

Pulled up to the speaker just to sit for 10 minutes before someone told me that they were drive thru only. After waiting a haft hour in the slowest drive thru Ive been in. My mozzarella sticks we're cold and hard. My dress we're soggy and my burger was more grease than meat.

Strawberry slush and tots is all I really like from here. If my review were based solely on those 2 items, it did be 5 stars.

Unreal, 25 minutes in the drive thru with 2 people in front of us just to place our order and get to the window and them tell us that “the slushie machine was broken” seriously the last time we’ll ever go to the Monroe sonic. The owners should be embarrassed.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. There were no tomatoes, the chicken was half the size of the bread, and the worst parts of the lettuce were thrown on top. I tried to use the decent pieces of lettuce but once I took I bite it tasted so old and left the worst taste in your mouth that you gag. Also didn't even include marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. By far the absolute worst place to ever get food from. Don't bother with this sonic location because it's trash.

Ordered chicken slinger sandwich, if was really yummy and delicious. Chicken tenders was great too. Initially I was waiting at the screens, then they said they aren't serving outside today that and so I had to use drive in, otherwise food was great, but long queue though. Very close close my home and definitely recommend this sonic to anyone.

got there at 9:30 got to the speaker at 9:45 waited 5 minutes to be ignored at the speaker, they still told me to get lost at the window because they were “closed” and served the people ahead of me. refused to take my order. the lady was really rude. just really poor customer service tbh.
