Panera Bread

I love Panera…I really do BUT I have ordered 2 times both at least a month apart and my order has been wrong BOTH times. When I pay over $50 for 3 people to eat I expect that my order will be 100% correct. It’s just frustrating. The workers are very nice but I’m tired of calling for a replacement item and driving back across town to get it. Sorry Panera but I can’t keep coming back to this location and that sucks because it’s the only one Monroe has. Ordered BLT avocado and received tuna this time. Big difference.

A lot of you are sleeping on panera. They have nutritious food and amount of time as it takes you to get fast food. I have so much food. Baja warm bowl, a Strawberry poppyseed salad, large drink apple and a Brownie (only $18.00). I belong to the loyalty program so it actually cost me a little over $13. This entire meal can be vegan just by leaving off the Feta cheese and sour cream. You can also have chicken added to either. This particular panera is very clean and the staff is friendly. At 1st I thought GPS had sent me to the wrong place because the rest of Shopping plaza looks old and outdated.

This place is actually not that bad. The atmosphere is unbeatable. The vibe I get from this place is so relaxing, I feel like this is the perfect place to catch up with friends or even write a book. As far as the food goes, it is certainly good. The food is fresh. However, the biggest drawback of this place is by far the price and portion sizes. Maybe I got a smaller one than normal, but for what I paid, what I got was underwhelming. For the best bang for your buck, I always go to front street diner or Qdoba - where I can get the same or more for less money. But if you dig it, you dig it I guess.

This is either my fourth or fifth delivery in a row where the order was incorrect. They only offer for you drive and pick up the correct item or mail you coupons. The coupons almost never show up. If you want free food order delivery through DoorDash. Panera will screw up your order and do very little to help. DoorDash refunded the wrong item and gave me a DoorDash credit. Panera, if I wanted to drive to get food I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. It doesn’t matter if you order through the Panera app or through DoorDash, this location will still screw up your order.

So we got at the restaurant and was lucky to get some nice cheese bread. Look at it everything else was there good. You can't blame this restaurant it's good and everything you ask for is excellent. I rate this restaurant and good for on the Stars that's my deal on this. Stop in and get some of their awesome what they have and you won't be wrong.
