Waited over an hour! Nobody would have waited this long for food!!!!!!!! We have called twice and they assured it was coming. Still no food or refund!! If you want to wait for an hr, go eat a nice steak dinner.

Fast workers sometimes mess up orders

Ordered a chicken tender sandwich. Got a crispy chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes. Had to ask where my food was. Fries were cold, onion rings we're cooked in burnt oil and cold. Could hear staff in the background yelling. Poor service guy was very nice. Should have went to 165 Sonic.

Customer service was really good. I recommend not going to the drive-thru because I ordered my burger with bacon and this is the second or third time they forgot to put it on. So I will no longer be visiting this Sonic.

Waited in line for 35 minutes and said my food would be fresh but got my food hard as a brick and it’s not what I asked for

Staff asked "is that all" after every item I asked for. Making us feel like they could care less if we were there and would prefer if we're not. Food was good once they let me order it.
