Avis sur Subway

Charged me for a double meat 6 inch. Got home and it was a single meat and toppings were wrong. Called them the next day to be sure they actually had the big Philly. They said they did and would only charge us for a 6 inch since we were getting a 12. Drove up there, they refused to make it right. Continued to talk to all their friends as if I wasn't there..then they said they don't have a big Philly, after they told my wife they did. I said it's on the website. They said this is a privately owned store. I asked are yall not a part of the subway franchise? They said they were. When I asked if they didn't have to follow franchise rules, they just stared and grinned until I left without my food. I'll never be back to that dump. Whoever owns it needs to restaff the place
