Great American Cookies

We Ordered a cake to be decorated like a pizza with a ninja turtle in the center. Sent a picture to the manager for verification. Received a cake decorated only with a trim and a Yoda in the center. Nothing wrong with Yoda but not at all what we ordered. Was told it would take one day for a correction. We will not be using this location again.

Had a huge craving for cookies today. I’m new to the area and saw this place listed in our local mall. Got there and was told about the Buy 5 get 1 free. As I’m deciding what cookies I want I notice a roach crawling inside the cookie container. A staff member was notified, but continued to say that the cookies were still good regardless of a roach hiding under one. I know that things happen. But that’s very disgusting to still offer the product after me physically seeing it crawl on the cookies.

Staff was HORRIBLE and it was the worst experience I have EVER had. They ARGUED with me about the cake that THEY messed up, and COMPLAINED the ENTIRE TIME before even offering to make a new one. I don't understand exactly how these workers are hired, but they SHOULD NOT EVER be able to decorate cakes for people if they clearly have no idea what they are doing. The cake that they RE-MADE (attatched image below) was the SLOPPIEST and UGLIEST cake I have ever laid my eyes on. Not to mention, it still is not what I ordered. (I have also attached below what it is SUPPOSED to look like) Everyone that I showed was actually DISGUSTED that I paid any money for it. I am appalled they even had the audacity to give me back a cake that looked like that. This truly is sad Great American Cookie, maybe you should consider some decorating classes at least ONCE before letting these people even TOUCH a piping bag.
