Great food. Slow service though. Sweet waitresses. The man that brought out our food (the Manager...Owner...maybe?) was a little dry and on the rude side. ** EDITED TO 3 STARS BECAUSE THE FOOD IS GOOD & SERVERS ARE SWEET ** I would like to add that there were no large groups and others were getting their food before us (who arrived after us). We ordered 2 burgers and fries. 45 minutes is a bit much. Not sure what the deal was, but another waitress even said to us "You still haven't gotten your food yet?" Taking my food back and eating my lunch while working was not ideal and had gotten cold before I could finish it. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened to me. It's a shame, as I would order from here once a week, at one point in time. Thanks for the response. However, some sort of reaction or response (while we were in there), when it was very clear that we had waited around for a while, would've been preferred. Our waiter was excellent. The margs were pretty good. However, the food was less than sub par. I ordered the pulled pork fries and the pork looked like as if it wasn't even cooked. My boyfriend ordered the elote and it also looked nothing like the picture online. On top of that it was cold. We didn't stick around for entrees.

Overpriced and Overcooked. I had ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Burger Medium and I ended up with a well done burger with no peppers and one mushroom on it for $14. Very disappointed. We came here for the dining experience and ended up feeling like we went thru a fast food drive thru only 3x’s the price.

Great customer service from some out of towners! We were graciously welcomed by Braiz'n Staff from the moment we walked through the doorway. Great atmosphere & comfortable, festive decor! J's Review: One of my favorite sandwich plates is a BLT with a side of fries and they knocked it out of the park! T's Review: I couldn't decide between the Banana Nut French Toast and Chicken & Waffles so we shared both. The Banana Nut French Toast was melt in your mouth goooood! The Chicken & Waffles - The chicken was perfectly battered and juicy, the waffle was amazing and the sauces were perfection! We were given the unique opportunity to watch the Braiz'n kitchen professions in action. They are a well-oiled machine! We both loved that we were welcomed with smiles as were other patrons and it didn't stop at the front door. As servers came, so did smiles. While enjoying their meals, many patrons were visited by the owners. Great, positive experience! As per the last few years, Monroe hit a grand slam with us. We were hooked from the first bite & are already looking forward to our next visit. The Monroe dining scene can add another feather to it's cap!

We brought my sister in law here to begin her 30th birthday celebration. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. The food and drinks were PHENOMENAL. The staff was very attentive and the owner was truly dedicated to making sure our experience was nothing short of AMAZING! We even sent pictures through Snapchat to everyone we know to make sure they come try it out!
