Our food was hot and fixed just as we ordered it. Manager took our order and was super friendly. Think his name was Richard. All around was a nice lunch and the store was clean. Way to go BK

Absolutely great! Even with the massive amounts of traffic around it. Everything was correct, fast and fresh which is exactly what I needed in the hurry I was in.

Went thru the drive thru at 1130 on Tuesday. And there like sorry we are closed when everything says 12 . After going back to the drive thru again today they are supposed to be open till 12. I talked to Richard and he's a really nice guy and shows he cares about his store. I'll definitely be back reason you always give a business a couple tries.

Fast food is fast food, I don’t expect anything different than that. Today’s review isn’t about the food, it’s about the sweet staff that were working there. I came in with my blood glucose getting dangerously low and they helped my grand daughter with a small cup of ice cream to help while I waited on my food. Then as we left my younger grand daughter spilled her shake in the floor of the car and they were quick to offer a towel or napkins to help with clean up. Sometimes people surprise you with unexpected kindness and Burger King in Monroe, OH had it in spades.

Super nice cashier, but the impossible burger didn't taste as good as it has at other locations. Also, staff seemed flustered and nearly forgot drinks. The indoor play area is not open yet due to Covid.

Second time we been to this Burger King on a Saturday ... service is great and staff is friendly..
I did try the impossible whopper today ..was actually pretty good .... it tasted like a burger could not tell it was plant base. kinda close to an actual regular whopper anyways if we are ever out this way again I will be back to this Burger king
