Me and my daughter stopped to have lunch together. It's one of our local spots that's convenient. Food and service were great. While we were there we witnessed a patron basically attack the crew. The manager and crew were very professional. No one should have to deal with that at their job. They were actually going above and beyond what they needed to do and I just wanted to let them know they were appreciated.

There's always a wait on th weekends, so we went on a weekday. We were seated right away. The waitress that was supposed to wait on us never came around, after sitting there for almost 10 minutes. Another waitress came by, apologized for her coworker, and proceeded to do a great job the rest of the night! Their Cesar salad didn't taste like the usual dressing for such. The steak plate was good.

Thanks to Applebee's bit size brownies. Wife was able eat her dessert and enjoy it too. Even with a soy allergy.

Food was real good. They had a lot of workers, but service was a little slow. Our waitress did the best she could do. I feel she must have had the most knowledge.

The food is okay but not great. I don't blame this on the cooks but more of the companies offerings. The staff is friendly and great service but it seems they are overextended (Like everyplace else these days). We and the table next to us did have a slight issue with some ants while eating by the window booths by the door. Mentioning this to the waitress and she did immediately take our concerns to the manager.

Wait time to be seated was bad, however it seemed like there were many servers unless that wasn't there job.. Appetizers came out hot and fresh as well as the food. All in under 30 minutes. Wonderful service. And the waitress was really nice!

I'd really like to know WHY they ask if you'd like plasticware... and then never give it? Love the food, but service is bad. Seemed to be getting better for awhile but it's back to waiting 20 minutes or more in the parking lot. I even give a few extra minutes beyond pickup time... still always late. Sometimes the food comes out cold, which makes me think they just let it sit while I'm waiting. They need to do something about it!

We were freezing! When other customers complained too they turned up the heat. Our waitress was great. My hubby and I got the salmon, which was ok. It was a bit over cooked,making it dry. The mashed potatoes were really good as were the vegetables. The Cesare salad was drenched in dressing. I will order dressing on side next time.
