Kfc

Last night June 1st I ordered the 25.00 fill up meal. Only got 1 mashed potato and gravy,there was barely enough gravy and out of the 8 PC of original chick. the 2 wings were so overcooked you couldn't even pull any meat off,they were very dark and hard. The 2 breasts were so undercooked the meat was very tough and hard to pull apart,the breading was barely cooked and the breading that was on there was pale and mushy. The legs and thighs were perfect,but I don't eat dark meat and was hesitant for anyone to eat any chicken due to the undercooked breasts. Coleslaw was exceptional. Ive tried calling the store today but all I get is static on the line or busy signals. I'd really just like my meal replaced. Thank you

The lady working night shift on 5/30/2022 was SUPER rude. She yelled at just about everyone that came up to the speaker and was even more rude at the window. To make matters worse, every car got pulled up, which makes you wonder if they had anything ready. It’s never the customer’s fault that you’re working on a holiday. But according to what others say, she’s belligerent and on edge like that all the time, so it must be a mental problem. Anyways, won’t be back to say the least. Stay away unless you wanna get yelled at and pulled up every time you come. Oh and my mac and cheese was cold. Like just pulled out of the fridge and sat on the counter for a while cold. *UPDATE* Found out the sad excuse for a manager’s name is Latanya. She needs more training on customer service skills to run a store because obviously she hasn’t been trained properly.

The drive thru lady on 5/30 was extremely rude. It was not my first encounter she needs to be fired and this location has went downhill and soon will be closed if this does not change. No food is never ready whenever you come here you always have to get pulled up and wait 30 min for food. Understand it was a holiday and u would’ve liked to been off but maybe u need to work another profession because fast food is not for you Latanya.

This was a horrible visit. They are pulling every car to make drive thru times and when I was there there was 8 cars pulled up. When i finally got my order i was missing my sides (fries) and when I told the person running drive thru who brought out my order they went inside and came out. Fries were ice cold and the sandwiches that are advertise as cooked fresh when you order it was lukewarm at best. Horrible visit! I wont be back to this location.

Latanya, the manager, took my order when I arrived. I know she had worked from the morning to the evening and she was as vibrant and as welcoming as one could be. I thoroughly enjoy KFC, however, it is because of Latanya’s positive attitude and customer centric approach that I will become a repeat customer. Thanks Latanya!

I've been seeing advertisements about the new bigger and better chicken sandwich at kfc for a few days. So I finally decided to give it a try. But what I get is 2 chicken tenders between 2 buns. To add to my disappointment the sandwich was cold. I mean like it just got out of the refrigerator. With this type of service I suggest people go somewhere else.

Their chicken is good not great, but the real issue is having someone that can actually manage and fun a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately this location lacks this ability. I have noticed that most fast food restaurants have preferred to just do the drive thru, their excuse is shortage of workers, I do give this location credit for opening their doors for people wanting to eat inside. But still waiting for over 30 minutes just for two pieces of chicken is bad
