Update: service is getting worse with the night crew. No response to reviews. They are close to losing me as a customer. Nothing special. It's what I've come to expect with fast food in mobile. Update: I see no improvement. I'm tired of the attitudes. Started at a 3 star and now we here Update: Dec 10, 2017 gotten worse. If it wasn't for this being the closest one i wouldn't have went. They lie about the driver thru not working, playing loud music from the kitchen, and a bad attitude must be a requirement

I like the shakes, fries and chicken bites. The staff is the reason I gave it a 3. Depending on the day you will get great people but not always. Some of the girls act like they hate their job. Will it hurt to crack a smile or thank a customer for their business. One day I was waiting for almost ten minutes for someone to take my order at the drive thru

They all got attitudes and rude food it made like their attitudes like they don't care. They serve you stuff they wouldn't eat if they were ordered something, sloppily made, cold food old stuff used on your meal. They like to serve old lettuce. Don't go to the one in tilman's corner. They need to tear it down and start over again.

If i could give it 0 stars, i would. Most rudest customer service ever. I went through the drive thru and automatically given attitude. Went to the window, had forgot to order something since i was being so rushed and i told her and she yelled it across the room with an attitude. Breanda kept slamming the window in my face and talking behind the glass, enough to hear her continue with the attitude. Got many eye rolls, absolutely horrible service, i dont see why its still in buisness.

Lousy Service. Today was just bad all around. First one drive through window said to drive to the window so I did. Sat there for about 30 sec and drove over to the other drive. They ACTUALLY had Chocolate ice cream. i was excited. GOt a swirl for my 5 year old and chocolate for me. they were GROSS. tasted sour. Had a filmy look to start with and I was worried, but its fast food so they could have changed something is what I told my self. tasted it and my daughter even said there was something not right about it. She threw her's out the window. I tossed mine when we got home. Very disappointed. They rarely even have ice cream so its not like i visited often anyways. So, the fact we wont go again wont effect them. They probably wont even miss me. We wont miss them.
