Avoid this place. I ordered 1 salad and 2 foot longs. 1st the online order will only let you order plain baked chips. When I arrived to pick up the order I asked if I could get the chips we wanted. I was looked at like I was stealing. I explained the online option. Then I had to ask for dressing. The older man said dressing. I said yes for the salad. He informed me that oil and vinegar was added to my salad. I chose Ranch and was given Fat Free Ranch. I asked for regular Ranch and was told Fat Free was for the "diet food"...salad. I shock my head and laughed. Then I asked if napkins were in the bag and I was told yes. I get in the truck. The sandwiches are falling out of the wrapper because they don't know how to wrap them. 1 sub had 2 olives and 1 pickle on it and barely anything else. The 2nd sandwich barely had lettuce on it. The salad was missing the oil n vinegar plus the avocado and double meat I paid extra for. Also, we were given 1 napkin for 3 orders. An al around bad experience! I will not be back!

I was not happy with the amount of meat lacking on my sandwiches.Way less meat is actually what you get than what is shown on the photos of sandwiches on their menu! Bait & Switch! I like to call it.....They are cheating their customers!

First of all, both employees Were supposed to be wearing masks. They were, but they were both wearing them below their noses. Good job guys. Not! Both employees were rude, one kept running the cash register with the same gloves she would handle food with. I asked for a chopped salad- my meat was NOT chopped up. She was going to give me cold bacon I had to ask for it to be heated up. I asked about dressing and the one employee rudely ignored me and gave me my total for my salad. I paid and she was putting gloves on again getting ready to serve the next customer and I again asked about salad dressing. She sighed and said ‘well there should be some in there (there wasn’t) but what kind do you want?’ I told her and she threw the packet in there and slung my bag at me. Get back to eat my salad at work and the meat isn’t even chopped up. Not only were their attitudes poor (no ‘hi how are you, what can i get for you today’ or ‘thanks have a good day’ just rudeness. The freezer door was also open the entire time I was there. Im sure there are more than several health code violations mixed in all that. I worked at subway in high school and I know the masks aren’t fun but I work in healthcare so I have to wear them all day every day too. And if I would have acted the way those two ladies did today I would’ve been fired. No matter what job you have do it to the best of your ability. Shame on whoever the manager is for letting this go on. I WILL NOT be back. And I will also tell everyone I know not to use this store either.

Pull up to the store on Saturday at 8:30pm. It is pitch black and the door is locked. So I’m assuming the store is closed for good because the hours on the door have it closing at 9p, and online has it closing at 9:30...

Well, I've tried to post a review 3 times now but it keeps getting taken down. I guess Subway doesn't want people to know about the lazy employees, (line of 5 people while one girl makes sandwiches and runs register. wow.) letting their kids, not only come to work with them (no big deal), but let them in the back while they go through touching EVERYTHING. Then, I swear, almost systematically touching, wiping hands on face and moutch and nose, and touching ALL the food in the back that was to be brought up front. What's really concerning is the fact that they keep taking this down, why don't you handle the situation at work instead of trying to cover it up? Disgusting.

My wife made an online order and it was ready really fast.....probably because both sandwiches were completely wrong and her sandwich wasn't even warm (meatball sub) highly dissatified.
