HORRIBLE! I had to come back one time because they messed up my order and it wasnt a big deal and I was very nice about it and was not rude at all. UNTILL I GOT HOME AGAIN and my order was still not correct! However I didnt know untill my sister bit into her sesame “chicken” bowl and she realized they gave her SHRIMP INSTEAD OF CHICKEN. Mind you, she is allergic to shrimp! They did not apologize or anything and she could have ended up in the hospital. Never eating here again

So good and they hook you up on meat. I strongly recommend the steak noodle bowl with yum yum sauce and teriyaki. Very filling!

Will never spend money with them again. They messed up my order and asked me for a receipt. I do not have the receipt but I called the next day and let them know and took a picture of the food. I was not rude. I simply wanted what I ordered. I am in the process of burying my baby brother so keeping up with a receipt is the last thing on my mind. The staff member told me that wasn’t her problem. Forget customer service. What is wrong with Humanity?
There is never a manager on duty and that is fine. Bank disputes are easy but the lack of service, compassion, and humanity is disappointing.

Only came here once when I was visiting and this is some good food. I believe I ordered the rice and teriyaki bowl with some special sauce they had which was "bomb"!! If I ever visit again Im going to have to stop by.

Chicken was dry and tasteless. They also charged me twice (told me they had WiFi issues). Would not refund me without the original receipt (it was 6 days ago; don’t have the receipt).

Food not great. I called my order in, she said be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived went through drive up, was told be better to come in because of other cars. When I got inside she said we about to cook it. I say I called it in, she said we don't cook till you get here. Waste of time

Last two times I was there was a complete and absolute mess. First, I found a bug cooked in with my vegetables and I decided to stay away for a few months. Tried to give them a chance again and found a bunch of hairs in my rice! I love their food so much so it kills me to say this, but there is no three strikes with my food. You are out, Hibachi Express. :(

Winnie served me at the drive thru tonight, as a police officer who had not eaten all day Winnie was generous enough to take my order even though it was closing hours. 5 star to Winne and this restaurant.
