Equiped with bar area with separate family dining area. Beer Taps were not chilled to temp. Hamburger was medium rare - was not informed of cool Temp. Hamburger was juicy but under seasoned. For a tourism area and the only "pub" mediocre fair rates one and done. Bar keep still talking about new ownership to explain to patrons why taps are under chilled with foamy glasses. Sadly I would not return to this establishment until the reviews improve.

The ambience was fun. They sat a party of 13 whiting a reasonable time. The service was great and smooth. The watermelon margarita was delicious. You must try that! Tastes just like a jolly Rancher! Other than that, The food was basic. The street corn is canned corn. So save your money on that. Not terrible food just basic pub type meals.

Meh...truly mediocre. On the plus side, we didn't have any of the slow service that some other reviewers noted. On the downside...I would've waited longer for something better. Our server was uninterested at best, but I'll give service a pass. First, I ordered a Pilsner and, while I'm no beer expert, I think what I received tasted much more like an IPA. Could be I don't know my beer, but it could be I received the wrong order. For food, we ordered a JD burger with sweet potato fries and the Mac 'n Cheese. Presentation of the burger was nice enough, but the burger patty was fairly bland and the whole ensemble was only resurrected by the sweet potato fries, which were quite good with some salt to taste. The Mac was absurdly watery with sauce pouring off of the pasta and pooling on the plate, and the hatch green chillies were cut into large Nearly raw chunks. All in all, I expect one can find much better at the price point even in a tourist town like Moab.

Wait staff was very kind and accommodating, we had great service! The food itself was just really lackluster, bland, and overpriced for the quality/portions, unfortunately. I heard there was a shift in management somewhat recently and wonder if they just made some "fixes" or are trying to cut corners that are not doing any favors, who knows. My biggest personal complaint was that the pretzels were not pretzels. They're just...baked bread? The bread itself wasn't the worst I've had, but not at all what you expect when ordering a "pretzel." Pretzels are typically boiled/given a dipped treatment which gives them that chewy texture on the outside, but the ones they served here were definitely not prepared that way. It was just plain, bland bread. Quite dry, only lightly salted, I couldn't make it through more than the first one. I know this may seem nitpicky but based on previous reviews/pics, they USED to serve pretzels that look way more like what you'd expect, and I don't understand why it was changed. If labor was that intensive then fine - but drop it entirely or call it something else, like pub bread or something, if you're intent on serving it as is. Calling it a pretzel is a major disservice. Something being pretzel-shaped does not make it one.

Had a strange feeling as I was being seated and I saw new menu's from the last time we were here almost a year ago. Ordered the JD Burger medium, and then noticed that if I now want onion rings with the Burger instead of Fry's it an additional $4.00. I went with the onion rings since I used to love them all the other times we would come here. Got the Burger very well done and bland but drowned in JD BBQ sauce, the rings were so thick with batter that the insides were very dowey and under cooked. GF ordered a chicken flat bread and the bread was rubbery and had very minimal flavor. I asked when we left if there was an ownership change within the last year since we were here last and was informed that the place is under new ownership. Well I hope the new owner reads some of these reviews while some are good there are others that are very similar complaints as ours. We won't be back........ over priced and blan food. Waitress Misty was very nice.
