Our reservation were at 630pm and did not get table till 45 minutes later. Then we were seated and had to ask another 30 minutes. Got our food my Urbandale prime rib for price was tough and blood could of ran off plate.my pasta was dry with no flavor. It’s ridiculous to have only 3 servers and the hostess didn’t know her left from right. Specially the biggest day in Febuary. For 80.00 should of been a great meal.

Review is from Room service provided by this restaurant. I ordered breakfast using the QR code in my room. It brings you to an easy to use menu for ordering. The only issue is it doesn’t give you a description of each item. For that I had to switch over to their menu on the website and from there I was able to see the description of each item I was looking to order. It only took about 15 minutes from the time I ordered the food to arrive at my room it was still hot and fresh. I had ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of hashbrowns. It also came with two eggs, the serving size was very large and I actually did not finish the entire thing I was more than satisfied with the portion size. You are also able to get beverages alcoholic and nonalcoholic as well. Overall I would recommend using the room service option when you stay at the Grand Hotel.

Worst food and service I've ever had in my whole entire life. Ordered the shrimp and scallop scampi. I literally got nothing for 30$. The amount of pasta I got didn't even take up the center of the plate. I got 3 scallops and 3 shrimp. I was done in 5 bites. I said to to the waitress I'm paying 30$ for this. She tried saying the cook was overwhelmed. I don't know how he could he overwhelmed when it was just my buddy and I in the whole restaurant. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks from the bar also. Might as well close the restaurant because it is a complete joke. If I could give this place a negative 100 stars I would. Close your doors please.

Had lunch and was very disappointed. The salad bar was horrible from my past experience it’s gone down hill. Everything was limp and old no ham or meat of any kind. The soups were of the same and over spiced. I ordered steamed vegetables and was served stir fried vegetables very greasy and a nightmare for someone who is grease intolerant.

Has potential. This was our first time there. First impression: nobody greeted us. The manager came to the register, but did not acknowledge us, and we had to wait for a waitress to finally seat us. Waitress was kind and provided good service. We had bruschetta to start, which was delicious! I had the prime rib w/garlic mash and husband had ribeye with fries. His ribeye was thin (1/4in thick) and overcooked (ordered medium...more like medium well). Good flavor, but mediocre cut of meat for $29. Prime rib was 50% fat and gristle(no exaggeration). It came cooked medium-rare, which is what I wanted (and how prime rib should be eaten), but it was the toughest, stringiest cut of prime rib I've ever had. Again, had wonderful seasoning, but poor cut/quality meat. I had mine with garlic mash, which was good and a side salad, which was a bit wilted. I will probably try the restaurant again, but will avoid the beef cuts.

The staff was all super friendly, and the location can't be beat if you're staying at the hotel. The food however was pretty lacking despite looking good. I had the sirloin bella, which was a pretty gristly cut of meat with a light cheesy sauce and rock hard crispy onions on top, with really lame garlic mashed potatoes underneath. The worst thing though was the coconut cream pie that I made the mistake of ordering. The pie was clearly out of a grocery store freezer, and not even one of the decent brands.

I waited for 45 minutes for someone to come to greeted me and take the order. Also, I had to wait for another 40 minutes for my food. I do not recommend it because overpriced in a small town like this. Food was okay, and nothing special if compared with the local restaurant but service needs to be managemant!
