My order to Wendy's is pretty routine, doesn't really change. However I like my burger with extra stuff. 8 times outta 10 my order is not correct so I have to go back. I like extra lettuce, mayo and onions on my 4 for 4. Half of the time, it will have everything else BUT, or it will be regular. I don't have a problem going back up and asking for a side of lettuce or onions if I have to.. which is every time. I was in the area, and I really wanted some Wendy's and this one was the closest by. I pulled up, and there was an old couple in front of me, trying to order . there were a little far from the speaker, but the lady in the intercom was not understanding, or nice at all. After about 5 minutes it was finally my turn. I greeted her and tried to give her my order, I had a similar problem. I stuck my head out of the window, and used my big girl voice. I was still having to repeat myself, not sure if there was a language issue, or if headsets are getting older or what. Whatever, I pulled up got my food, checked my bag, and looked at my sandwich. It was made regular, but with extra onions. I guess that was the only thing she heard.. it was also the last thing I said. I pulled forward because if the line behind me and pulled back around. When do the intercom and explained that I had just come through and ask for my Burger special and hadn't gotten that way. She sounded irritated that I came back. Yay. So I pulled up to the window, and she handed me one small piece of lettuce like the one on my sandwich, folded in a burger wrap, and some mayo packets. I hesitated, and ask for another piece of lettuce. I'm sure I'm annoying her now. Oh well should have made my burger right! I was kind when I came back. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by fast food customer service anymore.. I worked fast food for 6 years straight, it's not that hard to smoke, say sorry, and make it right. You were gonna make it right anyway, why not sprinkle a little sunshine on your somber face.
The food wasn't too bad, just $hitty customer service.

Terribly rude staff in drive thru, my family and I got the stomach flu after eating dinner here. Staff didn't give me receipt so I couldn't do a survey. Very mean lady with a black scarf on her head was helping drive thru lady. Was mean to me both times I went thru drive thru. She wouldn't let me get a 4 for 4 with a jr. Cheeseburger deluxe so I had to buy all items separately. Ridiculous! Bad customer service

Person working the drive thru was extremely rude. Same lady the last three times. Seemed very bothered by me ordering. I didn't order anything special just basic meals. Around 5 pm at minnetonka mn hwy101 and county rd 7. I never complain but so rude I thought I would look for a name tag. That wasn't a thing. If you can't even pretend to be friendly maybe ut is time for a new job.

Went through drive through. The entire parking lot around it was completely plowed but there parking lot was not. It was plowed but had been awhile. I ordered 2 value meals and had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The guy who took my order asked me to check my bag to make sure it is right? I'm pretty sure it's there job to check before handing to me. At least when I checked it was right but who says that!

Wasn't busy inside drive thru had 2 cars. Girl behind the counter was super slow and didnt even say she will be with me in a minute. No acknowledgement at all. I stood there waiting for her to place orders for the 2 ppl that should have been working the drive thru. I ordered the southwestern salad and they must not of had any made up so they gave me what looked like lettuce and carrots with a couple pieces of chicken. I wont ever come back to this Wendy's. Worst service I've ever had at a Wendy's ever.

This particular Wendy's is hit-or-miss I have been there several times and the food has been fresh and tasty and I've also been there where the fries are nasty and the burgers are not prepared very well. you'll have to take your chances and roll the dice at which type of quality you'll get.

Has to be the worst managed Wendy's in existence. I'm not expecting much as its fast food and actually what I got was good. But the service is horrendous and staff is rude and indifferent. Without exaggeration I waited 15 minutes at drive up window while staff stood around doing nothing. Then the lady was rude and basically tossed my food at me. I'd fire them all

At the moment you enter that place they give you a good feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a friendly place to hang out with buddies or with your date. very good food, experienced chef de cuisine, modest cost and courteous service. Highly recommended.
