Pizza Hut

I know this place has bad reviews from the past but that was the old owners/staff that worked a while back. I gotta say I use to hate Pizza Hut I couldn’t stand it. Now that the new owner/staff took over oh my god it is so much different. I now love Pizza Hut and almost have it up to three times a week depending on the work week. The new owners or what not that took over are so friendly and my pizza is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had issues since and I just love ordering from here now. If you tried this place in the past and was dissatisfied I would definitely recommend trying this place again.

Have had a couple issues over the past but nothing worth writing a bad review over. The hot hot wings are truely hot! Which is impressive for a chain and the pasta bowls are excellent... I like thin crust classic one or maybe two topping pizzas cut into squares bar room style and they never disappoint with those. Sides like crushed pepper and parm are a steel of a deal so pay the extra $1 for one of them if you like having them around

EDIT: Changing my review from 2 stars to 4. The manager called about my experience, apologized, and made it right. Original 2-Star review: The delivery took 45 minutes after I got a text that the order was out for delivery, the food was lukewarm when it arrived, and I received 2-20oz bottles of diet Pepsi instead of a 2 liter. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire experience.

Was craving hot pizza & decided to go for a old classic. I placed a pickup order for a large pepperoni, an order of traditional wings & the Cinnabon mini rolls. Ordering online was easy, I was given the option to pay in store & the pickup estimate was about 20 minutes. When I arrived the store was clean & immediately I was greeted by the cashier & another gentleman which was very pleasant. I paid for my food using card & was on my way. It’s been years since I’ve had Pizza Hut but the pizza was piping hot & delicious, the Cajun wings were meaty, slightly crispy & had great flavor and the Cinnabon tasted as if I had picked them up from the Cinnabon store in the mall itself. I didn’t plan on doing review however it’s been so rare that I’ve had great customer service & meaningful interactions that I wanted to share my experience with others… not to mention the food was hot, fresh & fast. Best reward for a guilty pleasure!!
