Burger King

I was at the West Broadway location in Minneapolis, MN and it was one of the WORST service experience I ever experienced from BK ever. There is a reason why it's rated 1 star and it probably would be zero stars if that was an option. I went in, stood in line to order, and it was not busy probably only 4 customers in the entire place and it looked fully staffed inside. I stood waiting in line and literally had eye contact with 3 employees there. Once they saw me they turned away and walked to the back. I waited for 5 minutes and ended up just walking out. So much for your "pickles" service. How am I suppose to complain and request for a manager when no one was in the front to ask for one. I'll never go to that location again. Please retrain your workers or hire new ones! I really like BK so having this experience now I am very dissatisfied and displeased.

I find it very odd that the 4-star ratings have NO verbiage and/or one word and that the reviews of one star have a detailed description of what is really going on. Here goes. Our food order was dead-wrong, a sausage on biscuit with NO egg or cheese. The wait for food was long and then the guy yelled at us because we were fishing to pay the change with actual change...no big deal. When my guy asked if they were being timed (with a kind voice and smile) the server then slammed the take-out door in his face. OH my. What works at this BK...will really nothing. Poor service, wrong order, late delivery. Wow this is a business that I would like to frequent...NOT. I think that the Goggle rating system needs to change...i want to give this BK a big, fat zero. PS I have to believe that if it was not for the false 4-star ratings this BK would have only a one-star rating. Go at your own peril.

The food is hot, the staff is nice, but the service is not quick. While other locations are being updated with new machines and a new inside look, it seems like this location is being forgotten about. The place needs an upgrade overall, its looked the same for more then 10+ years. I hope it happens soon. But the food is good overall.

I understand that it's a fast food joint. That being said, it was still extremely rude service and bad burgers! I'd tell you to go check it out and that you would then know what I was talking about , but no way would I want anyone to experience such a depressing experience. STEER CLEAR! ****No surprise..it's CLOSED PERMANENTLY****

Worst Burger king I've ever been too. We pulled into the drive thru 30min before their closing time. There was about 5 cars in line, no one ever got to move forward and be helped and we sat in line for 15min before they decided to turn the outside lights out. I guess they decided to close early and leave all the cars in the drive thru sitting there trying to figure out what was going on. When I went back to give them another try, I went to the drive thru around 6pm and asked for a whopper..... I was told they're out of whoppers. So I tryed to order another burger, then I was told that they're actually out of ALL meat products including chicken. How does a burger establishment run out of burgers?? At 6pm??
