Subway

Restaurant has a nice parking lot if you drive there. Otherwise it is pretty central to University of Minnesota Campus. When I arrived there was a line. Waited in line and asked for a six inch sandwich. The worker started to make a foot long so I just let my friend go in front of me since he wanted a foot long. Then when it was my turn I ordered my sandwich and the worker toasted it without even asking me. The veggies seemed old with lots of the lettuce looking brown. Otherwise it was a clean restaurant and had good seating. Bathrooms were nice and restaurant was laid out well. My sandwich was made in good time and workers were nice

Worst Service. Rude workers. I asked how long I can wait to get fresh baked bread and both workers were so rude and didn't want to answer simple question. Expect left over bread if you go to this place around 10 am which is not too early to expect fresh baked bread and it was easy for both workers to say our bread is from yesterday and then I will get it but instead both seems to get offended by simple question. Manger you have some work to do in training your employees and respect customers. Workers seems to care less.

Went to get a cold cut with lettuce tomato onion and heavy pickle. Everything was good till it came to pickles. He barely put any on so I asked for more. He added a little (like 5) and when I again asked for more he told me no he can't do that. First off I passed on a lot of over veggies just want a handful on each side of my sandwich. I was refused and led t without a sandwich at all. Very bad service. 1st time ever being told no. I've been eating this sandwich the same way all over the USA and have ever been told no

Predatory Towing whilst impersonating a security officer. Not wearing CDC nor State mandate Covid-19 mask while smoking and spotting for the privately owned Subway parking lot. While my husband walked me to pick up dessert and went to walk to Subway to pick up sandwiches for our kids and come back to get me he was greeted by our vehicle being loaded onto a tow truck. $100 fee, exposure to second hand smoke, covid and FoF knows what later-we’ve reported them to the consumer affairs office, and the second precinct for their unlawful procedures. Do not go to this Subway. Drive the extra few minutes to the other two nearby. Don’t risk it.

Service is not great here. The staff constantly needs clarification on what I’m asking for, they have to ask coworkers what I’m asking for, or they just start pointing at things until they get it right. The lady that always puts the veggies on my sandwich just piles ingredients in one spot instead of spreading them down the length of the sandwich (so frustrating!). And there’s just a general lack of friendliness from them. They’re also often out of certain ingredients or the bread I like, and lately the spinach has been rotten. This has got to be one of the worst subways around.
