Jimmy Johns

Placed an online delivery order at this Jimmy John's and it took nearly 1 hour. We live 5 minutes away. Are they not doing the freaky fast delivery thing anymore? It was a little disappointing, but more disappointing was that the extra long delivery time wasn't acknowledged at all. Other than that we got everything we ordered and the only complaints were that one of the sandwiches had way too much mustard, and they just went a little skimpy on the meat in general. With that said, we probably won't be ordering again. The whole delivery fiasco just left a bad taste in our mouth, and there are much better sandwich options out there.

6 sandwiches with no # or label. We have to open each one and inspect to determine which is which. We included names please cut in half. No names, none cut in half. 1 sandwich was the wrong thing completely. We had to go back. Manager accommodated us by ensuring a new sandwich was made which we had to drive back and pick up. Frustrating experience.

I'm so sick and tired of this Jimmy John's! Majority of the time when I order a slim 6 for my kid it comes with Guacamole. Last night I ordered a plain slim six and a bag of chips. order came with no chips and Guacamole on the sandwich. I don't know if anyone else has this problem. I drove up there to get a new sandwich and chips. I asked the worker why does this always come with guacamole on it. He had this smirk like it's a running joke and they do this all of the time. He said hed credit my account but that hasnt happened. Not sure if my account is flagged but it happens all of the time. I gave this a 2 only cause they do have fast delivery.
