Mostly the nicest barristas you could ask for. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops in uptown, so they are slightly overpriced, but so is everything now. Always good tunes rolling inside the old-school racer aesthetic interior. Personally, i only get basic coffee drinks like lattes or cold brews, but the creativity with their specialty drinks is commendable (they sound delicious too). Fully recommended 👌

Coffee beans so fresh they leave an oil slick at the top of your coffee. I go out of my way and plan trips past Bob's on purpose. My favorite Coffee joint by far, always has been.

This might be the best coffee shop I’ve found in Minneapolis. Latte is delicious, and the barista was kind and helpful. You can tell they put a lot of thought in their menu with unique flavors, using good quality syrups - including a homemade Carmel sauce - and local milk. Will definitely be back.

I love this place! Not only is the coffee delicious the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The baristas are wonderful especially Andy, he was welcoming knowledgable and reccomended the delicious Meil. I am a huge supporter of small businesses especially coffee shops and I will continue to give Bob's Java Hut all my love and support.

The coffee here is one of a kind. It's got a great atmosphere and the people watching is just as great! The only reason it's a 4.5 and not a 5 is the traffic was a little hectic... Only a personal downfall as I am not as used to the car traffic at a coffee shop (outside seating).

Great Ambiance..Decent Coffee.. You go here more for the ambiance then the coffee, and both are above average. The large windows that open up like garage doors are a good reason to taste the coffee inside, while enjoying some of the outside as well during the summer months.<br/><br/>Sometimes, you have to suffer as a pretentious barista takes your order, but like a tetanus shot, the suffering is short lived.

Crotch Rockets on Caffine is what they shoulda called it. If you have the need for speed & caffine, this is where the crotch rocket cycle hunks start out from every Tues & thurs evening.It is a fun place with great coffee.The late great "Sir Charles" of Switzerland's favorite coffee & meet for a ride spot

Love it!. This place has great atmosphere, so interesting. Great people watching. I had the most amazing mocha there- I want to say it was called a mexican mocha, but that might not be right. It was spicy, chocolately and delicious!
