Galactic Pizza

this is the absolute best pasta and pizza i have had at a restaurant. there are tons of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. John really seems to care about his quality of food, and it shows. i got the pasta, and my girlfriend got the pizza, and we were both snagging bites from each other with how good it was. When i come back to Minnesota, this is a must stop.

I just moved back from WA and got Galactic for the first time in almost a decade. I worked here many moons ago, when Pete was the owner. I also enjoy whoever is replying to the reviews now, I'm assuming the current owner. This place will always have a spot in my heart, and the food is still so good. I can say from knowing personally, everything is high quality and made from scratch. It's actually so impressive, and they were ahead of a lot of trends before they became trendy. I would recommend the Shroomer, Ala Vodka, Mexicali, and Old School. Salads are also a fave, any of them. Glad this place is still around.

Tried their pizza for the first time last nice (takeout). Fantastic pie. Got the Vodka sauce with prosciutto and mushroom. Will order again. There was a slight hiccup/miscommunication with our order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. The service is almost better than the pizza; and the pizza is fantastic. And try the cookies.

Coming from Chicago I'm a bit of a pizza snob, so wasn't expecting much from Galactic Pizza when I stopped in during vacation. WOW is all I can say, I was blown away with the super friendly service, the cute location and most of all the pizza. The san marzano pizza sauce is house made and a 10 out of 10. One if the best pizzas I've ever had. In addition get the cheese sticks, house made and not greasy at all. Wish Galactic was closer to home because this pizza is damn near perfect.

My wife and I were visiting from our of town, and we eat..probably more than our fair share of pizza. We stopped in because we saw the pictures online and thought it looked fun. So glad we stopped. I got wings and a Paul Bunyon pizza, made with all local ingredients. My wife got just cheese. Everything we ate was spectacular and the service was so friendly and top notch. Next time we happen to be in the Twin Cities we are definitely coming back

Genuinely amazing place. My server, John, was really kind. I visited on my birthday and had an amazing experience; this is my current favorite place! Entirely beats out Domino's and does delivery within a local area; the price is higher but trust me, it's worth it. I ordered The Shroomer and pretty quickly fell in love with it.

I’ve been getting a vegan pizza Bianca from Galactic since high school and recently started branching out- everything is just as good!! This has been my go-to pizza place since and now that I live in the area my partner and I try to order it every Sunday. Best spinach artichoke dip I’ve ever had and the cheesecake is beyond as well. When I dine in it’s always super cozy and fun and they even had board games to play at the tables last time I went! Overall wonderful experience- we love galactic!

Galactic Pizza is as close to a perfect pizza restaurant as I can imagine. If you have read my other reviews you may notice that anything at above 4.5 is a 5-star review, but a rating over 4.8 is extremely rare; giving Galactic a 4.9 here. --- First up, the pizza, which is excellent; they offer a large variety of high quality ingredients, all sourced with high standards for the planet and taste - served in appropriate amounts on the ideal crust. Also, great choices for beverages, including limited but well chosen wine and beer - but many other nice options. --- No wobbly tables! Friendly and efficient service, the place is clean and maintained well. It also has interesting decor that fits the idea of what they are all about, and what a pizza joint should have in terms of atmosphere. ---- In the end, there is literally nothing wrong and essentially everything right about this place. The only reason this is not the first 5.0 rating I have ever given (yet) is because I only tried pizza and have only been one time. I have no reason to believe any other food would be anything but great or another visit would prove drastically different - so upon next visit will evaluate all that. But in the meantime, stop in or order some pizza. I am confident you will be glad you did.

We randomly stopped in to get pizza and we’re so glad we did. The food was outstanding. I knew the pizza would be great after having the mozzarella sticks as an app. So good! We were lucky to be served by the owner who was the best! So glad we met her and had a chance to chat with her today. Awesome place! Definitely definitely try it. They do not disappoint.
