Got a sandwich and salad during rush hour lunch. Food quality and service was the best it’s been in 3 years at this location, even though I ordered at one of the busier times of the day.

Panera used to be synonymous with good cafe food...unfortunately, the last few times I've been, the food has been sinking in quality and presentation. The seating area in various store are starting to look beat. I don't know if it's due to staffing issues or if it is because people are hard on the furnishings...

Prices set too high but that is the fault of others not at the store. (Lost the 5⭐ for this alone)
They were out of things that were/are normally menu staples. The staff there didn't offer a discount, but we're kind and we're working with what they had. It is an upbeat location so I was ok with it.
The staff were working hard and did a great job getting the food to me and others.
TL;DR: Without everything on the menu, staff did everything right, and were kind. Making me and others happy. 4/5 cause the prices are high.

The woman at the counter- im told she was the general manager- was extremely unprofessional. On her phone the entire time, ignored me trying to inquire about my order. She wasn't there for long, though, and the employees making the food were helpful.

It's a Panera Bread, lads. The food is decent but nothing to shout about. The service has always been pretty great, but the cleanliness of the dining room is hit or miss - I went to grab some pepper packets and got my hand covered in something sticky and cold. I'm sure it's because they're usually busy and I can't be mad about it - just look before you grab!

The associate made my experience very well. I went in for a cup of coffee and the associate kept me updated for fresh coffee. She greeted everyone with a friendly manner. Overall the Panera was clean and organized from the customer perspective. Parking can be tricky as it is in the city. There is parking lot next to the building which is nice. Oftentimes it can be full.

It is a great store. Everyone is really nice and always there with a smile for you! They made my day on Wednesday when I came in for breakfast, incredibly sweet and genuine people. They actually remembered my name and greeted me when I came through the door! Best staff and customer service I have ever encountered
