Firefly Tosa

I recently dined at the Firefly Tosa, and my experience was a blend of highs and lows. The ambiance of the restaurant was exceptional - it felt like dining in a serene with soft lighting and soothing music. The food was equally impressive; each dish was a burst of flavors, perfectly cooked and artistically presented. However, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress seemed disinterested and somewhat aloof. She rarely checked on our table, and when she did, it felt rushed and lacking warmth. This impacted the overall dining experience, leaving a slight tinge of disappointment, especially after throwing away our leftover box thinking that we left when in fact we told her that we are sitting by the bar. Despite this, I would recommend the Forefly Tosa for its culinary delights and tranquil setting, hoping that the service improves to match the high standards of its cuisine and atmosphere.

I was worried about going because I heard mixed reviews. My one friend said she tried it twice and it was bad both times. My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The service was quick and amazing. The food was delicious, and the drinks were on point. I had the sticky chicken and he had the flank steak. For dessert we had the chocolate cake and OMG it was to die for. I definitely recommend this place and give it 10 stars!!!

Recently held our daughter’s Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at Firefly in Tosa. What a great experience that Deanna, the manager, and their staff provided! Our numbers kept fluctuating and Deanna was never ruffled or rude!!! The food was exceptional including the Vegan options for our careful eaters! The atmosphere was outstanding… Great Venue and so close to many churches in the area! 5 Stars!

We went here as a group of 8. We had a beautiful private nook that let us enjoy a family atmosphere. Cocktails were good. Perfectly strong, but classy. Great way to start. I had the Tenderloin, which was fabulous. The Pork Chops were delicious too. Everyone was really happy. (Only complaint... it was super awkward to talk about the fact that they only split big parties on two bills! Someone in our party noticed it on the menu as we were ordering. That really was a set back, I mean, who wants to put an approximate $500+ on their card? So we had a weird moment asking the server if she would be willing to split 4 ways.) They were accommodating, and everything from there was picture perfect. We had our own bill, and tipped well of course, for good service and excellent food. We will definitely return.

I went to Firefly with some girlfriends, and it was really nice. In my opinion, their menu is not very extensive. However, less is more. Everyone in our party had the pork chop dinner. The pork chops were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The mashed potatoes were sooooo delicious. The vegetables were very good. I ordered a side salad which I didn’t need because the entree was very fulfilling. The atmosphere was so quaint and quiet. It wasn’t overly busy, and it was a Saturday evening. Parking was convenient. The service was very personable. My experience overall was great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a pulse.

Four of us had delicious meals and cocktails here last night. The restaurant is very comfortable and our service was excellent. The salmon was raved about, the sticky chicken was super tasty and the rest of our food was great too. A nice relaxing atmosphere inside was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

The food here was amazing. I had the pork belly appetizer, which was cooked to perfection. The meat came apart at the touch of the fork. For an entree I had the stuffed peppers. I will say it was a little too much filling for my preference, but the filling and the peppers themselves tasted wonderful. For dessert I had the cremé brule. It was caramelized to perfection, and deliciously smooth on the inside. I'm giving 5 stars due to the great food, and our waitress was very kind. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant.
