Braise

Braise never disappoints. The drinks were some of the best I’ve had. Pork buns are worth killing for. Dishes and desserts all wowed. The melon was fun and fantastic! The veggie poke was a new dish, and prob the only low point. Too much rice, not enough veg. The whole smashed potato… is this a new trend? Second place I’ve had them. Feels lazy and flavorless.

A well deserved five stars restaurant with a whole calm, slow, high mood, romantic, and vivid atmosphere. The food presentation is high quality both the dishes serving and server knowledge. Professional, friendly, and kind servers. Clean dining area and free Parking availability near by. Definitely a place to check out

If you have not had the pleasure to eat at this amazing restaurant, you need to make a reservation immediately. The menu changes frequently and the food is always insanely good. If I have a special occasion or people in from out of town, this is my go to spot. It is always a crowd pleaser and am awed by their food every time I go. Beyond the food, the service and the people there are so kind and outstanding. They add several touches to their dining experience that makes dining there so special.

Everything about our experience at Braise was excellent - the food, presentation, ambience, and fast service. We ordered 4 small plates to share: pork belly buns, egg rolls, birria arepa, frites au poivre, and took the citrus tart home. We’ll definitely be back. Edit 6/23/23: Visited again and tried the red braised pork belly, crispy pork, and beef kefta. Yum!

There are absolutely no words to describe how fabulous Braise is. The food is outstanding, the service impeccable, and the cocktails are to die for. We recently hosted our wedding dinner here and working with the Braise team was a dream - Becky was attentive, thorough, and responsive. The upstairs space and patio is perfect for an intimate celebration - we cannot recommend it enough. Kyle is one of Milwaukee’s best bartenders and a true joy to interact with. The entire team is kind, friendly, and great at what they do. Braise is a special place not to be missed by those near and far!

Great food and friendly service! I took my wife here to celebrate her birthday and we enjoyed a couple appetizers and entrees. I was not only pleased with the quality of of the locally sourced food, but I was also satisfied with the portion sizes. The selection of craft beer was also a plus 🍻 Definitely check this spot out!

Flash backs to restaurants I’ve been to and now rating some of them because I failed to praise them previously. This is definitely a restaurant I want to go to again. Adding this to my buck list as my previous experience was delightful. I highly recommend the bone marrow (if it’s still on the menu).
