i used to love this place, but the portion is reduced and the price has gone up significantly at the same time. the picture is my salad minus the tofu, 3 items kale, collard and purple cabbage with tofu at 15 dollars. as for other bad reviews have stated, the service is brutally slow.i waited 25min for them to them to put this together. it was painful watching the girl struggle to decide what kale was, then being unsure stood there debating whether she should ask for help, then after a couple of minutes went to ask for help and this went on for my 3 vegetables and the one dressing i picked (i cant imagine if i picked more), the know what they are doing gals that used to work here are all gone

I have bought Berry Deluxe after a few months. This restaurant keeps increasing prices and now has made the serving size smaller by offering it in a smaller container (picture attached) at the same price. The quantity of topping is reduced. Disappointed both in quality, quantity, and pricing. Value for money is diminishing after almost every 3-4 months. Disappointing. I have been a customer for many years.

My wife likes this place, bowls and smoothies are good, everything is fresh.
As with most health conscious/green eateries prices are inflated (10-12$ for a smoothie).
Everything is usually great here, but my review is 2 stars, not because of the price, I understand that high quality ingredients cost money as do equipment and staffing. The issue is that where is this money going? I just left after spending nearly 45$ on two bowls. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive my food, I had to make substitutions as they had run out of certain ingredients, all the while two highschool aged girls worked as fast as they could but could not keep up with the ever growing line going out the door. They apologized over and over again but it's not their fault, the owner/manager should be held accountable for letting their employees drown without being properly prepared for what is asked of them.
I understand that this was a long weekend and that it can be hard to predict customers, but for the life of me I don't why managers or owners don't err on the side of extra hands in times like this. Instead of people being understanding, many customers were complaining to each other, and I heard one couple say that this will be the last time they return.
It seems that this is happening more and more often that I go in there, lots of customers, next to no staff. Long waits, missing ingredients, high prices.
I could go into more detail, but I think I've made my point. It seems this owner has turned away from their super positive sayings on the walls, and turned to a more capitalistic (greedy) business model. Shame.

Recent experience( last Thursday and yesterday November 27th, 2021) ordering here after a few months of not (I found a piece of plastic in my salad yesterday. I wouldn't care to write a negative review but something was off about this location on my recent visits.
This rarely every happens and I'm shocked as to how the food is prepared for this to happen. Also, a staff spoke in a very rude demeanor as I left the store to see if my ride was here and came back to have a seat while I was speaking to someone on the other line the employee (tall Asian girl) asked, "Excuse me, have you been helped already". I said yes in a simple matter of fact way going back to the phone call I was on.
Her tone and the way she clearly seemed to be walking around just was really toxic.
The Fresh Addicts I've come to know for the last three years has had lively positive staff. Not sure if the ownership has changed. But having staff with such a negative attitude just pushes customers away. On top of that finding plastic in my salad. Hygiene and food processing is key and having a positive mindset is a must!

I only write negative reviews if I want to stop people from wasting their money. It looks really nice inside, but the food was so bad I would never go back.
I ordered a smoothie, and the flavour was very good, but like every sip I took from it had un-blended dates, bananas, nuts, etc. at the bottom there was literally 2 tbs of miscellaneous stuff not blended up. It was kind of gross. It’s not hard to blend a smoothie for the right duration of time.
Then I also ordered some food, and it smelled SO off. Even my bf, who has poor smell, thought it was real funky. I was really hungry so I ate it and I didn’t get sick, but I didn’t touch the red peppers cause they seemed kind of gross. Like, I wouldn’t pay $5 for it let alone $14 plus tax.
Don’t go here unless they make major changes to how they prepare their food. So gross.

When this place opened, it was so good. I would come almost every day for smoothies and huge, filling salads. I’ve noticed in the last few years that the portions have decreased and the price has gone up. Two small smoothies and two salads today cost me $60. The staff back in 2016/2017 when I lived in Milton were so wonderful and I don’t get that same vibe. The ingredients have also changed. They would add luscious coconut cream to smoothies and they’d be bursting with flavour, and now I could make the same smoothie at home for far less and more flavour. I have since moved to Oakville and if anyone is looking for a good smoothie place there, I would suggest Qwench juice bar.

The atmosphere inside is very trendy. Good menu. But the smoothie bowls are inconsistent in the portions. They don’t measure the amount so one day you could get a big portion of the fruits/smoothie itself and another you can get very little.
Loved the avocado toast, very simple yet so good.
I would come back to try some of their other food like soups or salad bowls instead of the smoothie bowls.
