Sonic Drive-in

Had to take a star away and only give 3 now due to poor customer service on my last visit. The app gives you 1/2 price drinks and slushes all day and night but it wouldn't let me check out and said they were closed even though they were still open. I asked the girl at window if she could use my discount from app on my phone due to it not letting me check out and pay online and she just said no. I also tried to order a milkshake in drive thru and was told they couldn't make one at the time and I mentioned at the same time that my app would not let me check out due to it saying they were closed because I wanted to make sure they were still open before ordering and she said they were open and had no problem making mozzarella sticks. So disappointed with the customer service and app. Update 12/3/23 The app worked fine tonight and customer service was good so upgrading to 4 stars now.

We were fortunate enough to catch the milkshake special here, so the price was not bad. The milkshake was very good, topped with whipped cream, which would not be case at another local Sonic's. The service was fast and courteous here. We will definitely go back here too, even though regularly priced milkshakes are a little bit hi. The environment is awesome, even though a busy road is right in front of it. My child enjoyed the visit and that makes it very worthwhile!

Going to start was already disappointed that we didn't get to order from the menu and push the red button I need to drive through was open, and I do believe I saw someone quitting this establishment it was very awkward. The lady over the intercom was very informational. I they were very generous with the condiments and the mozzarella sticks were very cheesy and the best item we got tonight

My food was hot and cooked well. The chicken patty for my sandwich may have been cooked too much or refried since there was hardly anything on it. The tots looked a little over done but turned out great. I do prefer this sonic over the one in pace. So besides my sandwich the rest i ordered was great.

I broke down at the drive thru. Steve the manager was very helpful in helping me move my car. He was very polite and professional. It was 19 degrees outside and he helped me jump start my car.I’ve been in the restaurant business 24 years. You have an excellent manager working at this location. Thanks again Steven!
