Village Inn

Food was great and staff was super friendly. The hosts make sure to open the door for you, or the manager will do it. They are trying to clean it up a bit, you can see the ceiling tiles being changed out but we were told that has been such a mess of a process. You can tell they are really trying to be better and it’s working!

Met our expectations. We went in expecting something along the lines of IHOP plus pie. I had a cheeseburger which wasn't the best cheeseburger in the world. Wasn't the worst either. The pie was fantastic though. Pie is a good thought food. Good for any occasion. This place has good pie. I will be coming back here when I want pie and don't need to be blown away by the meal. Again, no issue with burger. Met expectations.

We were disappointed at the state of IHOP this morning so we left and decided to try Village Inn! Night and day difference! Village Inn had professionals and courteous people greeting us at the door. The host was polite, waitress friendly, and the food amazing! Clean place, delicious food, and friendly service! I’ll never stop at IHOP in Milton/Pace again when I can have a much better experience nearby! Village Inn is the spot! The only minor downside is my avocado cubes were brown and slimy on my fried green tomato benedict. I get it…they’re hard to keep green, but it is doable.

I have been dining at the village inn restaurant in the Pensacola and pace area for at least 30 years I'm 35 now. It has always been a solid choice for me and my family. Of all the years I have never had any major issue with the restaurant. Good American homestyle eats from full breakfast menu to full dinner menu with always the fresh seasonal dish in the mix

We are new to the area and were looking for a breakfast spot. Village Inn didn't look very appealing from the outside, but we decided to give it a try. We were immediately greeted by two smiling faces and noticed that the walls, tables, and floors looked new and clean. It took several minutes for our waitress to come to the table and several more minutes to get our drinks, but once we ordered, the food came out quickly. There are plenty of menu options and even pie, although we couldn't see what they look like inside. One downside, aside from the exterior, is that the ceilings need to be replaced. They are dirty and appear to have black mold in some places.
