Ace`s Restaurant

Locals know Ace's. We arrived on a Saturday when they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. They were busy, but being patient always works out when there is good food in your future. Not a huge place and the waiting area is small. And that's okay. It works for Ace's. The staff are friendly and attentive. If you're needing a refill the area is small enough to catch their attention easy enough, they're just making everyone's meal time the best. The meals coming out of the kitchen... goodness. So much delicious food. I could eat it all. We had a simple lunch of blackened catfish and sinle patty melt. Yum. Really... all the food was looking good. We'll be back for sure.

I love Ace's they are a fantastic restaurant. The food has stayed mostly the same over the years, and I've enjoyed many breakfasts there. The ambiance is starting to get a little worn-out, which made it feel more welcoming and homely 5 years ago. Today, it is starting to feel dated. The service was fantastic, and the people were as friendly as always. Great little spot to grab a bite.

15-minute wait was well worth it. All food was flavorful and hot. Huge biscuits and fresh ingredients. The prices seem high, but be aware that the portions are huge. My only suggestion to the staff is that when seating people for breakfast, staff should ask if customers they want coffee or water before walking away. Other than that the place was great.
