Portions are so small now. This mashed potatoes and gravy is now half the size @ $3.49, Chicken pieces are small, yet the meals went up by $2 plus. SMH

I think KFC has improved their chicken sandwich, probably a result of competition with Popeye's. They definitely still lack in consistency: good one week and then today's tasted like someone spilled a lot of salt in the batter.
The staff was very friendly so I upped it to 4 stars.

Stop by KFC today ( 06/01/22) they have open the lobby for eating again, although this well behind Mc Donald’s, Carl’s Jr., BK, and others. When traveling don’t like eating inside my car because the lobby is closed.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular chicken sandwich, they both tasted the same: bland and not flavorful at all. Not only that they gave me the new chicken sandwich on a A&W hamburger bun! I would know since I ordered two chicken burgers and one came on a better bun, one came on a hamburger bun ?? You can’t just substitute because you ran out without telling the customer

Worst KFC ever!!! I ordered 8 pieces crispy bucket and was very disappointed. The chickens were like soaked in oil and left overnight. Dont ever go to this KFC, take another5 mins drive to Popeyes instead.

I won't be back, I like extra mayo on sandwich but they refused.

So lately I've been addicted to the Sriracha cheese curds. The staff is always nice hey my food is always right.

I drove up, super tired after work, wanting some chicken. Ended up third in a growing line of over 15 cars. The staff was all very polite, as fast as you can be, and the guy at the window was incredibly patient with me when I let the wind snatch my card from me while I was trying to pay.
Also they make really good KFC.
