I take my brother here every time were in town, and every time it is absolutely delicious! They are easily better than any ice cream shop on st Croix has ever been and ever will be in their entire existence. This time I had the Elevens Heaven and it was super good! I wish they would open a shop on my island so I wouldn't have to go across the whole country just to have edible ice cream.

It happened a while ago when the saleslady (almost closing time) Did not even let my husband to get in because my grandson who has autism crying for ice cream but this lady did not even bother to entertain my husband and my grandson. She said they're closing. My grandson did not stop from crying. Well.....

Was a regular if this place. Moved away 4 years ago. Decided to go to our old stomping ground. Seems this location is under new ownership. No longer makes malts, person couldn’t speak English, ice cream now almost 4.00 for kiddie size, ice crystals (old) on most ice cream in case. Decided to call the corporate office since our ice cream was so bad we threw it out. Knew it would be useless to tell employee since she was by herself and had too many customers and didn’t speak English. Waited over a week for response from owner or manager and when I finally got a canned response it didn’t even address my issues. Sad.BR needs to get a handle of owners operators before another franchise demishes before the consumers eyes.
