Panera Bread

This is/was my favorite local go-to Panera, my job orders from here at least every other day. Yesterday my coworker ordered me a Greek salad, which I always get. This time they gave me an old premade salad that I can tell was from yesterday, and was frozen in the middle. If you wanna know what lettuce looks like after it’s been frozen, it’s not okay. Other vegetables were not crisp, the whole salad was a soggy rotten mess. Lettuce was see through and icy.

Excellent customer service and very clean facility. The seating is comfortable and the environment is very warm to enjoy spending your time. One of the important things in any type of facility whether it's food service or otherwise is a clean bathroom and I'm glad to say that the bathroom at this Panera bread location was in very suitable condition The water was hot had paper towels and the toilets were clean That's an important thing. I also want to mention that the staff is very friendly.

I got the Thai chicken soup and couldn’t find any chicken in it but the most egregious part is i ordered online and chose the bowl size for my soup which is the medium option for $8. Now imagine how I felt when my chicken-less Thai chicken soup came out in a yogurt cup for a toddler. Seriously for the prices they charge this restaurant has no right to still be in business for what they actually give you.

This Panera location is about above average compared to other locations in the area (Franklin, Millbury, etc.). They almost always get out orders correct which is more than I can say for those other locations. If you like the newer menu options, then you will have no problems with this location. My real gripe with Panera is more with corporate changing the menus all the time. When Panera first expanded to Massachusetts the menu had a lot of great options. In the last couple years they have removed a lot of the better options like the Thai salad or black bean soup and added other things like flatbread and crispy chicken sandwiches. Just stick to what you do best, Panera.

Love the food but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME, without fail, they mess up the order and/or forget to put items in the bag. I usually order pick up and have learned to check the bag before I leave the parking lot because at this point it is expected that they will forget something. I noticed a sign that said they will give you a free bakery item for the inconvenience but I have never received or even been offered such; but instead get the 3rd degree when I ask for whatever item they forgot to put in the bag. I feel that they should be putting way more effort into checking that the order is correct before sending it out... especially considering the amount you pay and the fact that I have seen and heard several other bad reviews mentioning the lack of quality and accuracy of the order. Really hope the management team will work on this, otherwise I don't see myself continuing to order from here.
