McDonald’s really is a machine when it comes to serving up lots of people! Got in there at lunchtime and quite a line but it didn’t take long to get ordered up and get my order. I always check it before I leave. Any takeout that’s always Rule #1 and it was spot on. I don’t do McD’s that much but it’s always the same when I do- good !

I had to pull around and wait for the food. When I got it the employee took off with another bag for another vehicle. She came back by and told her I'm missing items. She looked at me and said I'm not allowed to be rude. She was young and has no idea what rude is. I went inside and the manager took care of my issue. That manager is the only reason why I'll go back.

So Chris the manager is amazing so kind and the staff is really nice only thing I wish was different was the wait it is very very long but I get it stuff happens and people can be awful and the staff makes the place earn 5 stars 100%

10 am Friday morning I visited the location in Milford on Lila Ave and they were PACKED! The line was hitting the main road. I noticed some people getting agitated but what else can ya do when there are so many people wanting breakfast before they stop. They crew were EXTREMELY polite and did not deserve the treatment from such jerks that I noticed. I feel these employees deserve some type of recognition for staying positive and getting my order thoroughly correct.

I was pretty happy with this trip to McDonald's. I used my 6000 reward points to grab me a free Quarter Pounder. Everything was hot and fresh, and it was done really fast. All the food was in the bag. Can not complain about this visit. I've had good visits and bad visits it just depends on which location and what time of day. I like to go when mostly adults are working. Like early afternoon on a weekday. Usually bound to get some good service and hot food made right.

For a McDonald's I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was super friendly and courteous. I have been to the Eastgate location a couple of times and that crew could learn something from the Milford location. A lot of times first thing in the morning I feel lucky if Eastgate is even open let alone going to acknowledge me as a customer instead of just worrying about drive thru. Didn't have that issue at Milford. It was a very pleasant change
