Burger King

Visited this particular location at about 1130 on a Thursday. Nobody in line and what seemed to be one person working the entire restaurant and I literally waited 20 minutes at the window for 2 chicken sandwiches. Well don't usually eat "fast food" but chose this place out of convenience and should have reconsidered.

Stopped last night for a burger, fries and an Oreo shake. Burger was as expected (good), but lately everytime I get fries they are cold and not very good which I do not discover until I get home (less than 5 min from BK). Anything ice cream based from BK tastes fine but melts way too fast, almost like they don't start as cold as other fast food places. I normally really like BK, just not yesterday.

I work close to this location, so I stop sometimes for breakfast. I work at 7am and the store is supposed to open at 6am. Many times I get there at 645am and wait in the drive thru to order, and nobody is even there. So I thought maybe they have changed to 7am. I click on at work and go back to get breakfast. Again, after 7 am there is still nobody there. It's literally a toss up if anybody is even there from day to day. I am sure this is a direct effect of not being able to hire staff, but they better do something to figure out hiring enough people. Otherwise I don't see this location lasting for much longer. This location apparently only opens Abbeville their workers decide they want to show up to work. There is a young lady that works a lot of mornings that is very pleasant and awesome. I believe she is a manager, and if she's not there, this place is a lost cause. On the days she's there, I've had no issues. I wish I knew her name. All I can say is she's got a great smile and is always friendly. And my orders are always correct when she's there.

Excellent location because Esther is there! She has a wonderful personality, is truly sweet and kind, and has excellent professionalism (e.g. I've never seen any mistakes, etc.) Every time I've come, late nights after work, things are done right by Esther. The awesome customer service really turns a simple drive-thru run into an enjoyable experience!

I was at a nearby park with family & decided to walk over to get food & take back to the park. When I arrived at the restaurant only the drive-thru appeared open with numerous vehicles in it. All the exterior doors were locked. I couldn't go in & order to go. Not happy at all. Of course walk ups aren't allowed in the drive-thru either.

At the end of the day, it's still fast food. But everything was made to order, the ordering kiosks are nice for introverts who don't want to talk to people. This location has a decent play area for kids, and everything is new. It feels cleaner than most fast food chains and there are also areas with charging stations and tables with various heights and seating options.

I ordered Burger King so called “chicken club salad “, it was terrible! See photo. It was a fried chicken breast on a bed of pale lettuce and two slices of tomato for the price of almost $10. I went there on my lunch break and didn’t see what it looked like until I got back to work. I ended up tossing it, was not appealing at all. That is the last time I will go there. I gave one star because it won’t let you post unless you give a rating.

Not very busy so no lines and by the time I had drinks and kids playing we got our food. Loved the playground. It is huge and so many levels and things to do!!! Kids can climb and move around. Perfect for tiring out the kids. And they have a fun table that lights up and changes color when you touch it. They have the floor projector but it was broken. My kids aren't going to want to leave. Con: fries had too much salt. 🤪
