i’m never a person to write a bad review. But i’m sorry the service i received today from a young girl working on 25th of oct at 1:45pm was absolutely shocking, honestly once she started serving me i didn’t want to continue my order, i asked for cheddar cheese then realised i wanted old english, she through the cheddar cheese into the meat section and didn’t say one word to me. She was throught around the items she was working with so aggressively it made me feel uncomfortable. i understand people have bad days and things go on in there private life but it’s no way to act in customer service. sorry for the review but that was terrible service today

great for a quick bites - usually different subway have a different amount of product they use per sandwich (at least some of them) - here is pretty loaded at most times - staff look frustrated at times - but overall its a good quick bite and they are fast to serve you even during busy lunch hour where people are either rushing to here or next door!

Shocking customer service. Just went into this store at 9am, Thursday the 13th of May, 2021. The lady behind the counter thought it would be ok to be on the phone and have a conversation with someone, making me wait over 5 minutes until I had to speak up and tell her how unprofessional it was. Apparently she was on the phone to the store owner. I’d like to see some change in staff with a professional and customer service based approach. Store Owner - Maybe train your staff better or hire someone more suited for the position.
