Subway

First time here. Probably the only restaurant in Midland that actually has some tables closed due to Covid 19.. this is the only place I'll eat from now one. Since the whole city seems to not respect the face mask mandate. The two employees were so lovely. I don't talk to anybody here since I just moved to the city. The employees made me feel like I was back at home.. I also like where the Subway is located.. u find it wierd that police pass by every second but I guess I felt safe and uneasy at the same time haha due to recent events.😅 But yes the lovely employees were spectacular. Soon as i come up with more money I'm going back to enjoy another Veggie delite 😁😁

Ordered my sandwich online and when I got home half the Ingridients were missing on my sandwiches . I call to complain, the lady answered said she a new manager and didn’t know how handle situation so she told me call the next day. I call the next day and was informed by daphney ( the store manager) that they had ran out of toppings so that it was not her fault and that I would not receive a refund or remake of sandwich. I could’ve been informed of this and I would have go e else where to get the sandwich the way we like them. She was very rude and hung up on me after saying she would call the owner to see what to do. Never received a call back. So I ate a dry a$# sandwich with no toppings and a couple crumbs of lettuce. Worst subway sándwich ever.
