We ordered via the app to collect instore. The young server behind the counter was by herself. She apologised for our wait ( which is understandable considering she is working alone on a busy Saturday ) Food was great and service was too.

This subway branch is a bit variable. Can be good but frequent staff changes seem to affect waiting times and quality so can't give it five stars.
