Subway

I'm very sorry to see that Janit decided to close this Subway shop after being in Butler, NJ a number of years. Janit is a person who worked very hard in her store. I had many great conversations with Janit (various trips, etc.), the food was always fresh and delicious, the store was always super-clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. While the Google site says "Temporarily closed", the closure is permanent from what I can see (Subway store sign is taken down, equipment has been removed from store, etc.), unless someone else decides to take over the property. I wish Janit all the best in her new endeavors!

I'm surprised they got only 3.5 stars. Two ladies who worked today when I visited this store were very nice. They very so polite and courteous. It seems they care about their customers and make sandwiches very carefully. The sandwich I got was also good and I can tell you that's not always the case in other Subway restaurants. They're often just so-so.

The employees are RUDE! Talk down to customers when they ask a question, more concerned with ups selling her product then actual customer service. Wish there was a 0 star rating. My son and I both had a coupon, we were paying separately and she refused to accept because we came together. I don’t think she understands the fine print on her own coupon. Janet should not have a job working with the public.

This is not only the cleanest Subway I've been to, it's the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been in. And that's a lot. When it comes to subs I prefer a deli, or even Blimpie over Subway but this store is different. Owner-operator Janet runs a tight ship it shows in the quality. You can see and taste the difference when she makes the sandwich. I won't set foot in another subway.

Employee Janit is so disrespectful & shouldnt be dealing with people. She didn't care of If I made a purchase or not, I was with a party of seven and she wouldn't except the two coupons so I told her that I would use one coupon with my order separate and my brother in law would pay his order separate but she said that only one coupon and told me to read the coupon, so I told her that I'll go somewhere else and she said that she didn't care. I gave your store one star and that's for the poor female employee that has to work with Janit, the other girl who can only offer me a smile. I will never return to this store!! I wouldn't recommend it either.

If I could rate them zero, then that's what my experience was. I am a senior and went there to have lunch today. I ordered a sub and the bread was so hard to bite. I thought it might be just that bite, so I tried to take another bite and it was the same. The bread was old and stale. I went to the counter and spoke to the manager Janet. She refused to give me a replacement and I had to leave. Oh well, I went to McDonald's and enjoyed a meal there. They lost my business and a couple more. Customer service sucks!
