I went in today (5/31/23) at around 5:15 I just have to say that the girl at the counter was so nice and friendly! And very helpful. At a time when businesses are having trouble getting help, your Middletown RI location is so fortunate to have her! She was a perfect representation for your company. I wish I got her name, I'm sorry to say that I didn't. Sincerely Joanne Potts

Same problems I've had every time I come here. Not enough chicken so I have to wait "25 mins" for food to be ready. More like slow food. It took them ten mins just to try to take my order. The place is not that busy to have these problems. When you are in the business of fried chicken it needs to be made ahead of time to meet demands. Use your product build sheets and organize your team to build to those levels. Put on management that knows how to keep proper inventory on shift. The past 3 times I've tried I walked out with my family because of the terrible organization at this location. The store was decently clean, however, the demeanor of the employees was that this is normal and it's ok. Service with the sense of some hospitality would have maybe convinced us it was worth the wait.

KFC saved the day!! After spending a miserable day in Newport being rejected by countless restaurants saying they are not serving food, or have astronomical wait times we saw this gem on the way home. Now I have been to many KFC's and this was the best experience and the best staff with the best food. The chicken at this location was easily the best ever, not over cooked nor undercooked. Just the right amount of crisp on the tenders. The staff was so nice especially the gentleman working the register. Nothing bad to say, the colonial strikes again!
