Dunkin'

Ordered a Lg ice with 1 milk with 3 sugars and asked don't melt the sugar, get to the drive up window and got yelled at by who I presume to be the manager. She sticks her head out and says are you the 1 who asked to not melt the sugar? I said yes. She then barks back don't do that again, we never melt the sugar here and your confusing people. I said I wouldn't ask you to do it if hadn't had Dunks melt it on me before or use liquefied sugar before. She said, well we don't do it here so don't ask next time. She must be a joy to work with.

Lousy, horrible no items for sale as listed. I ordered 2 ice teas with lemon and sugar. Easy. Simple. Sorry we don't have lemons? Umm ok. How about 2 salted caramel iced lattes? Sorry didn't have any..? Umm seriously?? Goodbye and you won't have my business again. Monumental waste of time. Here's an idea...stop listing items not for sale!!!!

I always come to this Dunkins. They r or possibly were my favorite. Lately my French vanilla coffee has not been right. They are putting in that lousy vanilla swirl. Please STOP!! You only put that in when asked for! Vanilla shots are what you put in when a customer asks for Fr vanilla iced coffee. Please get the order right! Thank you!

So, this is a pretty nice dunkins by all accounts. It's larger with comfy seating and a big television. You could actually lounge in here for a while. The only issue was that the service was pretty bad. I don't get to worried in a place like this if it takes a little longer than normal to get a coffee, because life is too short, but another customer was getting cranky and then her drink was wrong.
