China Taste

This the first time I ever ordered from them. I got my food delivered. Their wings and fries were okay, the chicken really didnt have a taste to them. Their shrimp egg rolls are thin, they were warm not hot, which mean they were already done, but they taste pretty good without anything on them. They told me they will be here in an hour, and they arrived in 20 minutes, which I liked. They are very affordable. I rated 3 stars cause the lady who took my order over the phone had an attitude, like I was getting on her nerves cause I asked her do they sell cheese steak sub's and cheese steak egg rolls. She also sounded like she was rushing me off the phone asking me is that all. Is that all, mind u I don't have a menu in my face I found them on google and its a blizzard so I can't get out to the store. I don't know if she mad she had to go to work in the snow storm or what, but don't take it out I'm me. The guy who delivered the food was nice. I may not ever order from them again, but if I do, I would definitely order their shrimp egg rolls.

Ordered for delivery. My 2 entrees that were delivered were totally WRONG, wanted Hunan Chicken Hot n Spicy and also Bourbon Chicken. We got Sweet n Sour Chicken and some king of brown broth chicken. Called the store and they said don't call me call grubhub. Well you are the one that made it and put in box. It is your fault. You call grubhub not me and hung up. Very rude...... will NEVER order from then and I recommend that You not order either.

I ordered online. My order was not correct. The food was not appealing or tasty. I was very disappointed. I requested my money back for the main item which was packed together with the rice. There was more rice than the entree. I like to place the rice on my food. The cost was too much . I will order again.

Didn't even order from here. Lady who answered the phone is very rude and asked me multiple times what do I want when I asked for clarification on what comes with their chicken wings. I wouldn't order from this place. And if management sees this whomever answered your phone should be taught customer service etique. She has none. I don't patronize businesses that have poor service skills and attitudes. You need us not the other way around.

So I have asked and yes they have delivered ladys and gentlemen!! Recently I had china king at 2 stars for somthing minor and I have been back there several times since and that problem hasn't happened again. So its 5 stars for the china king, keep up the great work and thanks for listening. I also recommend the shrimp egg foo young and the fried or steamed dumplings
